Refund policy
Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Presales & Preorders:
If you have placed a pre-order and would like to cancel before shipment, you can do so but a 10% cancellation fee applies. That fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We can also provide a 100% full refund of store credit as another option. If our active sale prices of pre-order items go down before your items are fulfilled you may request a refund of the difference as store credit, but this can only be done once per order. Repeated attempts to cancel orders for store credit and repurchase pre-order items at lower listed prices will result in removal of the 100% store credit refund option from the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item received was shipped incorrectly or did not match the description but is physically opened, then you have accepted that item as a replacement and all rights of return are waived.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or sealed CCG products.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee is waived if you choose to have your return funds issued as store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not and inquire as to whether you prefer the refund as cash or store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
